This is my 2nd top. I like them they fit well, I bike and swim in mine. No change so they work well for competitionThe material felt like quality. The zipper was nice, the arm holes looked great. It just runs very small. I'm 5'11 209 and ordered an xl. It was very tight at the chest and couldn't breathe with it zipped up.Actual rating 3 to 4, but that's because of the fabric rapidly pilling up. But it should be 5, for appearance, fit, and construction.However - the fabric is problematic because it "pills."I told Synergy about this problem and they send me another. The second Singlet has pilled just like first one.These Singlets have rapidly pilled heavily across the back and shoulders.Age 71 (and a half! as kids say); Disabled Vet, former jock type, involved in multiple athletic, usually single-person types of sports, including such as WW kayak & single person rafting, dive, sail, windsurf, XC ski and skiing, as well as running, biking, swimming - and mini tri - and tennis. I know I forgot some other things.....Now old and icky, burned out from multiple serious illnesses and surgeries. I'm slower moving, so I wear this Singlet and one of Synergy's tri suits so I have some increased warmth during winter months of early morning lap swimming in an outdoor pool.Lap swim, exit pool, rinse off in shower at pool, drive 5 min home, remove Singlet, rinse again, and hang to drip dry.Great product. Ordered a second. They sent wrong size.Good item2017. Exactly what I was looking for. Snug compression but not uncomfortable. I would recommend ordering a size up, they are snug. Can't wait to put it to the test in a triathlon. I can tell I'm going to like this alot. 2018 update. I loved this top so much I bought a new one for this year. Same excellent quality and fit. One note, I ordered a XL in 2017 and then again here in 2018. I noticed the new version was just a bit larger and not as snug as my previous one. I contacted Synergy and same day they sent me a large. The large fits tighter like I like. So depending on how you like your fit you may need 1 size smaller. That being said, Synergy customer service is top notch, they will ensure you are happy and do so very quickly. Excellent company and products!!For all of my singlets this has become my favorite. Use it mostly for running to keep cooler while training for a half marathon.I did my first half Iron Man in this top and it worked wonders for me! I was able to breathe through it and I felt very light weight. Great product
