This top is true to size. I can fit into some of under armours xsmall stuff but this was nearly impossible to fit over my head and arms. So it's probably for an xsmall person who has a chest size of 32 or smaller. I'm on the small side but only because I wear xsmall since I'm a size A in the bust but not my chest which is a size 34. Also, the white band on the bottom of the bra area looks white in the Amazon picture. It was actually yellow or more highlighter yellow when I actually saw it in person. I gave it 4 stars because of the color and that it was much smaller than expected. I did really love the style and returned the xsmall for a small.Sending back:((. Overall is a nice workout shirt if you like them long. I'm nearly 100 pounds and i wear a 34A, i ordered a small to wear for cross country and soccer. The bra fits nicely just like a small would but the built in tank top fits like a large. It's very nice quality and breathable. However, i wish it would fit like a small overall.hides mommy tummy
